Cheshire | Permanent | £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum (on site)
Macmillan Davies is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organisation to recruit a Talent & People Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised HR professional to support recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement and the wider employee lifecycle within a busy People team.
Main Duties Include
- Coordinate the full recruitment and onboarding process, including offers, contracts and Right to Work checks.
- Support learning and development by maintaining training records, organising training and coordinating apprenticeship programmes.
- Manage HR systems and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Create internal communications and support employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Provide HR administrative support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or Recruitment role.
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and learning & development.
- Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach.
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desirable.
