The Role
Lyrebird is building the world's best health-tech company, and every person we hire shapes how fast we get there. We're looking for a Talent & People Partner who is part recruiter, part talent scout, and fully accountable for how we hire, while also being our UK People Partner point of contact. You'll own full-cycle recruitment from first outreach to signed offer, working directly with leadership to bring in the people who will form the core of Lyrebird's future. This is not a coordinator role: the quality and speed of our hiring will rest in your hands.
You thrive when you're close to the action and the stakes are real. You don't wait for a brief to land on your desk; you're already in the market, mapping talent and starting conversations before the role opens. You move with urgency, but you never trade away quality or care, because every candidate's experience says something about who we are. You bring a point of view to leadership, say the difficult thing directly, and make hiring decisions sharper as a result.
About Us
We turn real clinical conversations into accurate notes, automatically, backed by ambient real time document creation, intelligent document management and clinical workflow automation, native patient data integrations across siloed health systems, and a patient and clinical communications layer. Thousands of clinicians across multiple disciplines use Lyrebird every day in environments where accuracy, safety, and time matter deeply. We're growing fast across Melbourne, the UK, and Asia, and there's a finite window right now to set the standard for clinical AI before anyone else does.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Every engineer, clinician, and operator you bring in will help give doctors back hours of their day and put that time back where it belongs: with patients. The people you hire will decide how quickly Lyrebird reaches every clinician who needs it, and that's work you'll be able to point to for the rest of your career.
We're building a team that reflects the diversity of the people who benefit from our work. We want Lyrebird to be a place where everyone feels safe, supported, and able to thrive. If you're from an underrepresented background in tech, we strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet every requirement.
