Talent Project Manager

We are hiring a Talent Project Manager to support a globally dispersed population within a complex, fast-moving part of the business. This role sits at the heart of people operations and talent partnering, with a strong emphasis on compensation accuracy, data integrity, and trusted day-to-day ownership.

Reporting closely into the CTO, this is an opportunity to step into a role with real autonomy and visibility, bring structure where it doesn’t yet exist, and act as a credible partner to senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, takes pride in getting things right, and wants to build strong working relationships while shaping how people processes operate in practice.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage core people processes, with a particular focus on compensation, data accuracy, review cycles, bonuses, and benchmarking
  • Support hiring, performance, pay, and bonus activity with sound judgement and confidence
  • Partner closely with Compensation & Benefits teams across the wider network, navigating different regional approaches and influencing outcomes
  • Manage new hire requests, approvals, and people-related processes, identifying opportunities to improve structure and efficiency
  • Prepare clear, accurate analysis and materials (often Excel-based) to support decision-making and senior stakeholder discussions
  • Support the CTO on people-related projects and communications, translating complexity into clear and practical delivery
  • Contribute to culture and connection across geographically spread teams, ensuring information flows clearly and consistently

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
