Pachamama Group was set up in October 2014 with a mission to introduce inspiring hospitality concepts across the globe by doing it our way and making the impossible possible. Each restaurant concept is built to be a space where guests can enjoy offerings from diverse locales, in an environment that takes them away on a culinary journey.

Pachamama Group is now looking for a Talent Recruiter to join the growing People team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As a Talent Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent for various roles within our hospitality operations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of hospitality positions, including FOH and BOH staff, management, and specialised roles.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool, utilising social media, job boards, networking, and other channels within budget restrictions.
  • Continuously refine and improve the recruitment process, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (Harri) and provide regular recruitment reports.
  • Participating in HR projects and supporting new openings in the UK, EU, and UAE.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
