About the Role

We are partnering with a globally recognised fashion brand renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As they continue their growth journey, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent & Recruitment Manager to attract, engage, and secure world-class talent and support the Chief People Officer (CPO) in the strategic management of the company's performance review processes.

The Talent & Recruitment Manager will partner closely with the CPO to lead global recruitment activity across the business. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and executing the company's talent acquisition strategy, ensuring they attract and retain exceptional individuals across both head office and retail functions.

You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, build robust talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the standards of the brand. As a key contributor to the organisation's continued success, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring the right talent is in place to support business growth and performance.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within luxury fashion, premium retail, or a fast-paced growth organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions and levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing methodologies, assessment techniques, and candidate experience.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating performance management processes.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and present actionable insights.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Strong alignment with our brand values and culture.
