We're Hiring: Talent Resourcer
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Resourcer to join our Talent team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, supporting a busy recruitment period and exciting new restaurant openings across the region.
Working closely with General Managers, Head Chefs and the wider Operations team, you’ll provide hands-on support across FOH and BOH roles at all levels, sourcing and engaging great hospitality talent across The Ivy Collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage FOH and BOH vacancies across multiple restaurants and new openings.
- Source, screen and interview candidates across a range of hospitality roles and levels.
- Manage applications through our Talent Funnel ATS, keeping candidates moving smoothly through the recruitment process.
- Partner closely with GMs and Head Chefs to understand vacancies, upcoming requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Manage the candidate journey from initial application through to offer and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pools to support current and upcoming recruitment needs.
- Support high-volume recruitment activity, including recruitment events and new opening campaigns.
- Regularly visit restaurants to provide hands-on recruitment support and build strong relationships with our teams.
- Ensure candidate feedback and outcomes are accurately recorded, and every applicant receives a response.
- Promote our Recommend a Friend and relocation schemes across restaurant teams.

About You:
- Previous experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within hospitality, luxury retail or another fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting across a range of roles and levels would be an advantage.
- Confident sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working directly with operational teams.
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working at pace.
- Previous experience using an ATS; Talent Funnel experience would be a plus.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at the same time.
- Collaborative, energetic and solutions-focused.
- London-based and available to start at short notice.
