You'll work as number two to the Lead Talent Partner. You'll have direct contact with the client's hiring managers and HR team, and your work will feed straight into the hires they make. The embedded partnership covers a broad spread of roles running at the same time, so it suits someone who keeps several searches moving at once without letting quality slip.
What you'll be doing
- Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our own database
- Screening candidates by phone and Teams, and writing up clear notes on each conversation
- Managing a pipeline across several live roles, keeping candidates and the client up to date
- Working directly with the client's hiring managers on feedback, interview scheduling, and next steps
- Reporting into the Lead Talent Partner, with weekly progress reviews

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll bring
- Hands-on sourcing experience on LinkedIn and the main job boards, ideally 12 months or more in a resourcing or recruitment role
- Comfort picking up a new role quickly and working out where the candidates are, whatever the sector
- Confidence on the phone with candidates at different levels
- Good organisation. You'll be managing a lot of moving parts and need to know where every candidate stands
- Experience in an embedded or in-house setting is helpful but not essential
