Level Up Soccer is expanding — and we’re opening spots for Level Up Scouts, our referral partner program built for anyone connected to motivated athletes.
Operating on a flexible, referral-only model, we invite coaches, trainers, parents, former players, and community members to help athletes access our premium services. This role offers a zero-pressure environment with unlimited earning potential, allowing you to leverage your network and support aspiring soccer players without the burden of sales or follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify athletes needing recruiting support, CORE evaluations, or highlight-video assistance.
- Make warm introductions through platforms like WhatsApp, email, or group chats.
- Gather and provide basic information about the athlete: name, location, age, level, and playing location.
- Ensure athletes use your unique referral code for tracking purposes.
- Earn commissions when referred athletes sign with Level Up Soccer; no selling or additional workload required.

- Hired as a 1099 independent contractor
- Commission paid on every athlete who signs up using your referral code

There are no required skills or formal qualifications to become a Level Up Scout, but the following traits can help you be even more successful in the role:
- Strong network connections within the soccer community (coaches, trainers, families).
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in making introductions.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment process and what athletes need support with.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently.
- Passion for soccer and a commitment to helping young athletes reach their potential.
