Robert Half, a Fortune 500 company and one of the world’s most respected recruitment firms, is looking for a Talent Solutions Manager to join our high-performing team in Manchester.
In this role no two days are the same. You don't need to have previous recruitment experience, although it will be a 'nice to have', we hire based on character. You'll have an aptitude for sales and/or business development, be curious, high-performing and ambitious. You will be able to demonstrate commitment and success in a previous role.
You'll enjoy meeting clients and be an advisor and trusted partner to some of the world's (and UK's) biggest brands. With a strong presence in the UK and worldwide, our consultants combine local market expertise with global insight to deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates.

What you’ll do:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and match top talent to exciting job opportunities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development to placement
- Deliver exceptional client service and achieve revenue targets
- Become a trusted advisor in your market, developing deep industry knowledge
What we’re looking for:
- Ambitious, driven, and resilient individuals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales, recruitment, or customer-facing experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A passion for helping people and delivering results
