Temporary Talent Sourcer
We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition function on a 3 month FTC. The role will focus on building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across key functions and geographies.

Key responsibilities:
- Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Conduct initial candidate outreach
- Develop talent maps and market intelligence to support hiring strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to understand future talent requirements
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required

It would be ideal if you had experience in:
- Previous sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house or agency environment
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience building talent pipelines for specialist and professional roles preferred
