About The Role
We're looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment team and help us find exceptional talent for some of the most challenging roles across FinTech, Payments, Infrastructure and Engineering.
This isn't a role for someone who waits for applications. We're looking for a true hunter, someone who enjoys solving complex sourcing challenges, mapping niche markets and finding specialists that others simply can't reach.
If you're passionate about research, love uncovering hidden talent, and constantly explore new sourcing techniques and AI tools, we'd love to meet you.
Your Mission
- Source top talents across FinTech, Payments and Technology.
- Build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and business roles.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor research.
- Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search and other sourcing channels.
- Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency, automate research and discover new talent pools.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche positions.
- Maintain organised talent pools and candidate pipelines.
- Partner closely with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and continuously improve sourcing approaches.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
