Are you an ambitious recruitment professional ready to shape the physical backbone of the AI revolution?

WNTD is hiring a Talent Sourcer - Data Centres on a full-time, permanent contract to join our specialist embedded team. Based in London, United Kingdom in a fully Remote work setup, you will work embedded directly alongside Senior Talent Partners supporting Volta—the category-defining, fully vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform. Launched with a $10B strategic partnership with a leading frontier AI lab and a Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz, Volta is building hyper-scale "AI factories" across Europe. This is a high-impact sourcing role focused on market mapping and headhunting, offering a structured, rapid progression route toward becoming a full Talent Partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pioneer Front-End Sourcing: Execute targeted headhunting, advanced LinkedIn Recruiter searches, and deep talent mapping across European markets to generate candidate pipelines across engineering, construction, project controls, procurement, and data centre operations.
  • Deliver Qualified Pipeline: Deliver high-quality, vetted CVs, longlists, and shortlists to Senior Talent Partners against strict project deadlines, supporting mega-scale buildouts.
  • Build Proactive Talent Networks: Map target organisations across hyperscale, colocation, EPC, and mission-critical construction sectors to build deep talent pools ahead of project demand.
  • Gather Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market mapping to collect actionable intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.
  • Manage Candidate Engagement: Perform detailed initial screening calls to assess technical suitability, mobility, and candidate expectations while upholding an outstanding candidate experience.

  • Data Centre Knowledge: Direct experience sourcing within data centres or mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Critical Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record in talent sourcing and headhunting, using creative sourcing techniques, Boolean logic, and digital research to uncover hard-to-find candidates.
  • Market Mapping Capability: Exceptional skills in market intelligence, competitor analysis, and talent pool mapping within complex technical or industrial sectors.
  • Data-Driven Discipline: Meticulous approach to managing ATS data, tracking pipeline metrics, and maintaining talent intelligence tools.
  • Strong Communication: Confident, professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage passive, highly specialized candidates.
  • Adaptable & Organized: Ability to balance multiple complex search briefs simultaneously across diverse geographical locations.
