The Role
They are seeking a highly driven Talent Sourcing Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a critical role focused on proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-calibre talent—primarily across technology and STEM disciplines.
You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for complex and niche roles, with a strong emphasis on technology stack recruitment (e.g. software engineering, data, cloud and infrastructure).
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to deliver proactive sourcing strategies across technology and STEM functions
- Identify and engage top talent across key skill areas including:
- Software Engineering (Java, Python, C# / .NET, JavaScript frameworks, etc.)
- Data & Analytics (Data Engineering, Data Science, ML/AI)
- Cloud & DevOps (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and business-critical roles
- Utilise a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, professional networks, and events
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement to assess interest and suitability
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Provide market intelligence including talent mapping, competitor analysis, and hiring trends
- Drive diversity sourcing initiatives to improve representation across technical hiring

Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcing Partner / Talent Sourcer, ideally within a recruitment agency, RPO, or in-house experience
- Strong experience sourcing STEM and technology talent, including understanding of technical skillsets and tech stacks
- Demonstrable success in filling hard-to-hire roles through direct sourcing strategies
- Advanced sourcing skills (Boolean search, X-ray search, talent mapping)
- Strong knowledge of tech ecosystems and hiring markets
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimise sourcing performance
