Job Title: Talent Sourcing Specialist – EMEA & APAC

Hours: Full time, permanent

Location: London – Hybrid working

Introduction

Different skillset, different mindset. At PeopleScout, our creativity is redefining RPO. We blend fresh, industry-first thinking with deep in-house expertise - from occupational psychologists to social media strategists - to deliver talent solutions that inspire and perform. As a multi-award-winning RPO provider, we're redefining the future of recruitment across every industry, skill set, and geography.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist to join PeopleScout and support one of our global clients across EMEA and APAC.

This is a role for someone who genuinely loves the search. You'll spend much of your time identifying and engaging passive talent, building strong pipelines and finding creative ways to reach people for specialist and hard-to-fill roles across multiple international markets.

LinkedIn Recruiter will be a key part of your day-to-day, alongside Boolean search, talent mapping, competitor research and other sourcing techniques. You'll also bring valuable market insight to HR and recruitment teams, helping them understand talent availability and shape the best approach for each search.

This isn't primarily a full-cycle recruitment role – the focus is very much on proactive sourcing, initial candidate engagement and delivering high-quality talent into the recruitment process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We Are Looking For

You'll be an experienced sourcer or recruiter with a real strength in proactive candidate identification and engagement. You're confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques, know your way around Boolean searches and talent mapping, and enjoy getting under the skin of a difficult brief to find people others might miss.

As you'll be supporting hiring across international markets, professional fluency in French is essential. You'll need to be comfortable communicating confidently with candidates and stakeholders in French, as well as English, in a professional setting.

Experience sourcing technical, engineering or other specialist talent would be particularly valuable, ideally within a complex or regulated organisation. You'll also be comfortable juggling several searches at once and working across different countries, cultures and time zones.

Just as importantly, you'll be naturally curious, resourceful and persistent, with strong communication skills and a thoughtful approach to candidate outreach. You'll enjoy working independently while building collaborative relationships with HR, recruitment teams and stakeholders across a global business.
