Talent Sourcing Specialist - French or German

πŸ“ Location: Newcastle (Hybrid/Remote)
πŸ“„ Fixed-Term Contract

We are looking for a talented Talent Sourcing Specialist to support hiring growth across Europe. We are seeking an individual with fluent French or German language skills who is passionate about talent acquisition and enjoys building relationships with candidates in international markets.

What You'll Bring

  • Fluent French and English OR fluent German and English
  • Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, or sales
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to identify and engage top talent through a variety of sourcing channels
  • Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates across European markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, and internal talent pools
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews in French or German and English
  • Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver high-quality candidate shortlists
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS
