We are looking for a Talent Specialist to join our vibrant team. You'll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, proactively identifying and securing top-tier talent for various roles across our organisation. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of talent acquisition, read on!

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with managers at all levels to understand role requirements and proactively source candidates with the right mix of skills, knowledge, and behaviours.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build high-quality candidate pipelines through platforms like LinkedIn and direct advertising.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a welcoming and inclusive recruitment process that aligns with our organisational values, providing an exceptional experience for every candidate.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor recruitment activities against KPIs and budgets, using data to identify trends and continuously improve our hiring processes.
  • Engaging Advert Creation: Craft compelling job advertisements in partnership with hiring managers to attract the best talent.
  • Agency Collaboration: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, negotiating terms to secure the most suitable candidates.
  • Coaching for Success: Guide hiring managers on best practises in recruitment and selection, ensuring a streamlined and effective process.

About You:

You are a proactive and values-driven recruitment professional who loves the challenge of finding exceptional talent. You possess:

  • Expertise in Recruitment: Extensive experience in talent acquisition, both in-house and agency, with a focus on direct sourcing strategies.
  • Relationship Builder: A knack for developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike, ensuring a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities that enable you to influence and persuade at all levels.
  • Analytical Mindset: The ability to understand and report on recruitment metrics, identifying patterns and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Commitment to Diversity: A passion for inclusive hiring practises and an understanding of relevant legislation and recruitment laws.
