The Opportunity
As a Talent Engagement Specialist, you will become a specialist in the US Renewable Natural Gas market. Working alongside our experienced consultants, your primary responsibility will be identifying, engaging and building relationships with high-calibre professionals across North America. You won't simply be searching LinkedIn—you'll become an expert at mapping markets, uncovering hidden talent and creating long-term candidate networks that give our clients a competitive advantage. You'll educate candidates on the rapidly growing Renewable Natural Gas industry, introducing them to exciting career opportunities while representing both AD Energy Recruitment and our clients to the highest professional standard. This is a delivery-focused role that sits at the heart of our business and is fundamental to our success. No previous recruitment experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain talent pools across the US Renewable Natural Gas market.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques.
- Research companies, projects and market developments to identify emerging talent.
- Develop long-term relationships with professionals across North America.
- Introduce candidates to career opportunities with some of the industry's leading organisations.
- Learn the Renewable Natural Gas market and become a recognised specialist.
- Support Recruitment Consultants on retained and contingent assignments.
- Keep candidate records and market intelligence up to date within our CRM.
- Create resourceful sourcing strategies that go beyond traditional recruitment methods.
- Represent AD Energy Recruitment professionally across all candidate interactions.
- Continuously strengthen AD Energy's position as the market leader in US RNG recruitment.

Previous experience within recruitment, sales, customer service, business development or account management would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
