Consultant

Leeds
Hybrid working (2 days office-based)
£40,000–£50,000 (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a Consultant on behalf of our client within the Health sector to support the delivery of high-quality Executive Search assignments and contribute to client development initiatives.

The role will work closely with Principal Consultants, Partners, Directors and the wider team to deliver senior recruitment projects, manage client and candidate relationships, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting and delivering executive search assignments for senior-level roles, with a strong understanding of the expectations and requirements involved in identifying and engaging exceptional leadership talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting end-to-end Executive Search assignments, including research, mapping, candidate engagement, and reporting
  • Working with clients to understand requirements and deliver effective search solutions
  • Supporting proposals, pitches, and business development activity
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and providing a high level of candidate care
  • Contributing to longlists, shortlist meetings, interviews, and recruitment documentation
  • Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the team
  • Maintaining market knowledge and developing sector insight
