The Role
You’ll build strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, driving adoption, and delivering long-term value. Acting as the main technical contact, you’ll guide deployments, support customers, and help shape their ongoing success with the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers post-sale alongside the sales team
- Lead onboarding and technical deployment
- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and issues
- Build relationships and drive adoption of new features
- Support renewals and expansion opportunities
- Share customer feedback internally and influence product direction
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing SaaS role (e.g. Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture)
- Strong understanding of cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), DevOps, or cybersecurity
- Confident managing technical deployments and customer relationships
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to connect technical solutions with business needs
- Cloud or security certifications are a plus
