Triple A Plus (TAP) Application Support Analyst
Location: Central London (4 days per week onsite)
Contract Length: Initial 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extension
Day Rate: TBC DOE (Inside IR35)
Start Date: ASAP
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Triple A Plus (TAP) Application Support Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation supporting a critical wealth management platform estate. This role sits within the Front Office support function, providing operational, technical, and application support for the Temenos Triple A Wealth Suite and associated wealth management systems.
Working closely with private bankers, wealth managers, and institutional advisors, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong TAP support experience who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues and working within a fast-paced wealth management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily Start of Day validation and health checks across the platform.
- Monitor production systems, dashboards, and communication channels throughout the business day.
- Provide 1st line application and technical support for Triple A Wealth Suite and integrated systems.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and level 1 support tickets.
- Support front-office users including private bankers, wealth managers, and institutional advisors.
- Troubleshoot application, interface, and operational issues impacting wealth management activities.
- Escalate complex incidents to development and specialist support teams where appropriate.
- Maintain and improve support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
- Execute out-of-hours deployment activities and code releases in line with established processes.
- Support monthly Linux patching activities, including controlled application shutdowns, restarts, and validation testing.
- Monitor position reconciliations between Triple A and Milvus, investigating and resolving exceptions.
- Assist with audit and compliance requests through the extraction of logs, deployment evidence, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in an on-call rota providing first-line support for critical out-of-hours incidents.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting Temenos Triple A Wealth Suite (TAP) within a production environment.
- Exposure to Triple A GUI, R21 AMR, R25 AMR, or similar versions.
- Strong understanding of wealth management, private banking, or portfolio management platforms.
- Experience working within Linux operating environments.
- Knowledge of Sybase databases and associated support activities.
- Proven application support and incident management experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to produce clear documentation, support evidence, and issue resolution records.

Desirable Experience
- Experience within private banking, investment management, or wealth management organisations.
- Exposure to system integrations, reconciliations, and production support processes.
- Understanding of application deployment and release management activities.
- Experience supporting critical front-office trading or investment platforms.
