Job Description—INTEL ANALYST II
Independently conducts advanced research and analysis to produce detailed intelligence products. Focuses on addressing complex intelligence requirements and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. Develops and produces intelligence products of tactical and strategic value to meet the client's intelligence and operational priorities. Gathers, analyzes, and evaluates information from diverse sources, including HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, OSINT, and All-Source intelligence to support contingency operations, operational planning, and strategic engagement policies.
Specific Responsibilities
- Identifies intelligence requirements, conducts research and analysis, analyzes raw data, prepares actionable intelligence products, and disseminates findings to stakeholders.
- Monitors and reports on political, military, and economic developments.
- Validates known intelligence with data from other sources.
- Provides technical and/or operational support to projects and programs.
- Maintains accurate records of intelligence data and findings.
- Keeps current with the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and advancements in security technologies.
- Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
- Develops intelligence reports and threat assessments for operational and strategic use.
- Presents findings to stakeholders in clear and concise formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address intelligence requirements.
- Presents findings to clients and supports the development of policies and procedures for agency, interagency, or community-wide initiatives.
- Serves as a resource to managers and employees in the organization.

Education and Typical Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (NOTE: Newly-hired PhD graduates are typically hired into this level.) or intelligence experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of related professional experience

Parsons is seeking a talented Targeting Systems Analyst to support the OMIS program at RAF Molesworth, UK. The Targeting Systems Analyst will serve as an all-source military capabilities analyst, working across the intelligence community to build consensus, drive production, and deliver rigorous analysis on complex adversary systems. This role requires strong analytic tradecraft and the ability to translate technical and operational understanding into clear, actionable, long-form intelligence products supporting the warfighter.

What you'll be doing
- Conduct all-source analysis of military capabilities to support target development and the broader intelligence mission
- Collaborate with multiple intelligence agencies and elements to build consensus, resolve analytic disagreements, and drive production timelines
- Analyze and break down complex military systems to identify vulnerabilities, dependencies, and operational significance
- Produce and present written long-form intelligence products to customers and stakeholders
- Apply analytic tradecraft standards, including critical thinking and structured analytic techniques, throughout the production process
- Support integration of analysis into the Joint Targeting Cycle and Joint Planning Process, as required
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree, or intelligence experience in lieu of a degree, with a minimum of 5 years of related professional experience (Master's degree may be preferred at this level)
- 5+ years of experience as an all-source military capabilities analyst
- Experience working with multiple intelligence agencies and elements to build consensus and drive production
- Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems
- Experience producing and presenting written long-form intelligence products
- Knowledge of analytic tradecraft, including critical thinking and structured analysis
- Active TS/SCI clearance
What Desired Skills You'll Bring
