Global Dimensions is currently seeking Targeting Systems Analysts to support intelligence operations in Molesworth, UK.
Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct all-source analysis of foreign military capabilities and complex target systems.
- Analyze systems, networks, dependencies, vulnerabilities, and operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with multiple intelligence agencies and organizations to develop assessments and build analytic consensus.
- Produce and present detailed intelligence assessments, reports, and briefings.
- Apply structured analytic techniques and established Intelligence Community tradecraft.
- Support targeting and operational planning requirements.

Required Skills:
- Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an all-source military capabilities analyst.
- Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems.
- Experience collaborating across multiple intelligence agencies or organizations.
- Experience producing and presenting long-form intelligence products.
- Strong knowledge of analytic tradecraft, critical thinking, and structured analysis.

Desired Skills:
- Experience as a Target System Analyst or Targeting Analyst.
- Experience analyzing military capabilities within the European Theater.
- Knowledge of the Joint Targeting Cycle and Joint Planning Process.
- Master's degree.
