Task Force Administrator

£25,000 per annum | Full-Time | Permanent- Office Based

Delphi Care Solutions is looking for a highly organised and ambitious Task Force Administrator to join our growing consultancy division.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a fast-paced team that supports care providers across the UK to improve quality, achieve compliance and deliver outstanding services. You will work alongside experienced consultants and senior leaders, helping to coordinate projects from initial contract through to completion.

The Role

As Task Force Administrator, you will be at the centre of our consultancy operations, providing essential administrative and project support across multiple contracts and workstreams.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing contract and project documentation
  • Creating and maintaining client records within Microsoft Teams
  • Coordinating DocuSign agreements and monitoring contract progression
  • Supporting project planning and scheduling activities
  • Tracking project milestones, reports and deliverables
  • Assisting with invoicing and payment administration
  • Coordinating contractor onboarding and documentation
  • Managing weekly timesheet and reporting processes
  • Producing Work in Progress (WIP) reports and tracking outstanding actions
  • Communicating with consultants, contractors, clients and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Exceptionally organised and detail-focused
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proactive, professional and able to work independently
  • Experienced in administration, project support or business coordination

Desirable

  • Experience within healthcare, social care or consultancy environments
  • Knowledge of invoicing and financial administration
  • Experience with document management systems such as DocuSign
  • Previous experience supporting remote teams, contractors or consultants
