Role Purpose

Are you a passionate and creative chef looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic fine dining environment?

We are seeking an experienced Tasting & Development Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for a chef who thrives on innovation, menu development, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the creation and development of seasonal tasting menus and bespoke dining experiences.
  • Working closely with the Head Tasting Chef and wider culinary team to research, test, and refine new dishes.
  • Sourcing and working with exceptional seasonal ingredients.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Assisting with food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance standards.
  • Contributing creative ideas to enhance the guest dining experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within a fine dining environment is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for food innovation and menu development.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A creative and detail-focused approach to cooking.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a professional kitchen team.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional culinary standards.

This role offers £22.50 per hour + holiday pay plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 40% discount on food and beverage, meals on duty, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

The position is based in our South West London Kitchen. Offering excellent working hours with a strong focus on work-life balance, this is a highly creative role where you'll have genuine influence over menu development and culinary concepts.
