Tax Accountant
Sheffield, South Yorkshire
We're currently recruiting for a Tax Accountant to join a growing business and become a key part of their in-house finance team.
This is a broad role covering both direct and indirect tax, with plenty of ownership from day one. It would suit someone who already has a solid understanding of tax and is looking to take the next step in their career.

The role will cover:
- UK & international VAT compliance
- Corporation tax and wider direct tax
- Tax reporting, reconciliations and compliance
- CIS and transfer pricing
- Working with HMRC and external tax advisers
- Supporting tax process and systems improvements
What we're looking for:
- ATT qualified or CTA part-qualified
- ACA/ACCA part-qualified or qualified candidates with strong hands-on tax experience also considered
- Good practical understanding of VAT
- Experience across both direct and indirect tax
- Someone confident working independently and taking ownership
