Description

As a Tax Administrative Assistant at Xeinadin, you will play a key role in supporting key Directors, Associate Directors, and the wider team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation. You will manage important administrative functions. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail to ensure high standards are maintained across all administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and dispatch standard letters.
  • Submit Agent Authorisations to HMRC.
  • Contact HMRC by phone to deal with minor queries.
  • Answer general internal queries via telephone and email.
  • Photocopy and scan documents.
  • Open and sort post.
  • Retrieve information from electronic files.
  • Paper filing, maintaining records, electronic filing on document management system.
  • Assist members of the team.
  • Undertake any additional tasks/duties as required.
  • Ensure professional standards are met.
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and within the firm.
  • Strong focus on self-development and continuing professional education with a view to progressing in practice.

Key Requirements

  • Ideal candidates will be computer literate.
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel

Additional Requirements

  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks and document management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring smooth office operations and client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the team to ensure a seamless client experience and business operations.
  • Proactively address challenges and contribute to process improvement where necessary.
