About ASWATAX

Through humble beginnings and complete organic growth, ASWATAX is now expanding rapidly. We are looking to recruit an ambitious tax professional to join our team and play a key role in driving our continued success.

ASWATAX specialises in providing high-quality, bespoke tax advice and consultancy services to business owners, HNW/UHNW individuals and families, property developers and landlords. We also work closely with professional intermediaries, including accountancy and law firms, wealth managers and financial planners.

Why join us?

We're not your typical firm. You'll be joining a modern, ambitious tax advisory practice that values practical learning, proactive thinking and client-focused problem-solving.

We take great pride in delivering high-quality work, paired with a five-star client experience. We are also proactive and creative, always thinking outside the box in our research and solutions.

Role overview

We are recruiting for one role, at a level to suit the right person.

Rather than advertise three separate positions, we would rather find someone good and build the role around them. Whether you are part-qualified and looking for genuine exposure, or an experienced manager ready for more autonomy, we would be glad to hear from you.

What matters most to us is proactivity and a willingness to learn — more than years of experience or which exams you have passed. We can teach the technical side. What we cannot teach is the instinct to pick something up and run with it. Creativity and willingness to learn are also key traits we'd be looking for.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
