Our Client

Our client is the asset management of an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a tax lawyer (m, f, d) as

Tax Advisor | PE Funds | Crossborder

Aufgaben

  • Responsible in the fund department for international tax compliance (FATCA/CRS) and client tax reporting
  • Dealing with strategic and operational tax topics with respect to funds and clients
  • Review transfer pricing documentation
  • Dealing with international jurisdictions
  • Monitoring and evaluating impact of tax regulation in foreign countries
  • Worldwide tax reporting initiatives from OECD, foreign governments, and other regulatory authorities
  • Evaluating tax reporting and accurately reflecting international tax implications
  • Providing cross-business unit support
  • Analysing tax implications of contemplated transactions, business initiatives and proposals to aid in decision-making
  • Strong focus on improving controls and processes, including effective implementation of technology solutions
  • Regularly review operational control procedures and internal controls
  • Providing support to auditors during tax audits and handling correspondence with tax authorities
  • Ad hoc projects

Qualifikation

  • Master's in Law, Economics, or Finance
  • Professional experience with large banks, asset managers, and/or Big4 companies
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Swiss and international tax law and transfer pricing
  • Understanding of tax accounting and transfer pricing
  • Experienced with cross-border and international tax issues
  • Detail-oriented personality with excellent analytical and solution-oriented project management skills
  • Strong organizational and IT skills
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal relationships
  • Fluent English and ideally German as well
