Tax Underwriting Analyst
We are looking for an ambitious graduate to join our Tax team based in London, as Tax Underwriting Analyst. You will work directly with the tax team, who evaluates tax risk opportunities across industries and jurisdictions; underwrites tax policies; and are recognised leaders in this space. The position will provide in-depth exposure to international M&A in an entrepreneurial environment, with a potential career pathway to a Tax Underwriter role.
Responsibilities
- Providing project management support including database administration and invoice management
- Supporting the team with execution/amendment of NDAs and NRLs
- Assisting the Tax Underwriting team to manage a consistent stream of new business opportunities by supporting with the preparation of quotes, including coordinating and communicating with insurance brokers, lawyers and clients
- Assisting the Tax Underwriting team with tax policy preparation and administrative management of the underwriting process
- Developing marketing materials and presentations
- Attending industry events and networking
Experience and Skills
Must-haves:
- Recent graduate with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance or economics
- 0-2 years’ relevant work experience
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proactive, ambitious, detail-oriented, fast-paced and a natural team player
- Comfortable working with an international and diverse team

Advantageous:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Information
WORK: Full-time in London, with an intensive onboarding and training program during your first year with our US, APAC and EMEA teams. We operate a hybrid working model, which can be agreed upon joining. Usually we expect 2-3 days in the office once onboarding is complete.
