Tax Assistant Manager - Global Mobility Services
As a Tax Assistant Manager in Global Mobility Services, you'll focus on helping clients navigate complex tax matters, ensuring their international employees comply with relevant regulations. Description
- Provide tax advice and compliance support for globally mobile employees.
- Assist with the preparation and review of tax returns and related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support the delivery of tax planning projects and advisory work.
- Work closely with colleagues in accounting and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation affecting global mobility services.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client service.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

Profile
A successful Tax Assistant Manager should have:
- A professional qualification in accounting or tax, such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
- Experience in global mobility services or a related area within professional services.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships effectively.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Job Offer
- Salary between £52,000 and £64,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Performance-related bonus scheme based on individual and firm performance.
- Pension scheme with flexible contribution options.
- Life assurance cover worth 4x salary, with options to increase cover.
