Salary: £25,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE

Job Description
Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of an established accountancy practice in Mansfield for a Tax Assistant/Senior to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a role suitable for someone at any stage in their tax career, with significant personal and/or corporation tax experience, who can manage their own portfolio and work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering personal and/or corporate tax compliance services accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare personal tax returns, MTD for Income Tax submissions, P11Ds and other associated tax filings.
- Liaise directly with clients, providing advice and support on personal tax matters and responding to queries.
- Identify opportunities to add value through tax planning where appropriate and work collaboratively with the wider practice team.

Candidate Criteria
- Previous accountancy practice experience with exposure to personal tax, corporate tax, or mixed tax compliance.
- Confident managing client relationships and delivering compliance work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Experience of tax advisory work would be beneficial but is not essential.
