A standout opportunity has arisen for a Tax Associate to join the rapidly expanding London office of a leading US law firm.
The practice centres on tax aspects of private equity, M&A and complex cross-border transactions, advising sponsors, corporates and financial institutions on high-value matters. The work is broad, spanning public and private acquisitions, reorganisations, joint ventures, financings and restructurings with additional exposure to sophisticated energy and infrastructure mandates.
