About the Internship Programme
Our paid Summer Internship Programme runs for six weeks, four days per week from Monday to Thursday. The programme gives you the opportunity to experience the tax profession first-hand, working alongside experienced tax professionals and contributing to real client assignments. Tax is constantly evolving, and the work we undertake helps clients understand and manage their tax affairs while making significant business and commercial decisions. Throughout your internship, you will be supported by a dedicated buddy and mentor, helping to ensure your experience is productive, engaging and gives you a genuine insight into what a career with K3 Tax Advisory could look like.
What You’ll Experience
Group Induction
You will spend the early part of your first week in London, where you will join interns from across K3 Advisory Group for a general induction and have the opportunity to start building your professional network as part of a group social activity. You will also spend time with the K3 Tax Advisory team, receiving introductory training. This will prepare you to contribute to real client work throughout your internship. Your buddy will meet with you to help you set objectives for the programme.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Alongside your client work, you will prepare a final presentation to deliver towards the end of your internship.
