Lead Broker / Tax Insurance
We’re partnered with a high-growth, transactional risk broking house, advising buyers and sellers on the structuring and placement of W&I, tax liability, and contingent risk insurance across the UK & Europe. Following sustained growth, they are investing heavily in their tax proposition and are looking to appoint a Lead Tax Broker with the appetite to develop into leading the group.
The opportunity is a rare route for a lawyer, accountant, or tax structurer to pivot from private practice or advisory into a commercial, client-facing broking role — without leaving your technical grounding behind. You'll work alongside a team built from corporate, private equity, and tax backgrounds who have made the same move, staying close to transactions while operating from a different angle.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
