Join a growing Tax Advisory team

Providing bespoke tax solutions to SMEs, corporates and private clients. Working directly with clients, you'll deliver technical advice, build trusted relationships and gain broad exposure to complex tax matters.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded accountancy and advisory firm with a strong reputation for delivering tailored tax advice to owner-managed businesses, SMEs, large corporates and private clients.

The firm is continuing to invest in its Tax Advisory offering and is seeking an ambitious tax professional who is looking to build on their existing experience within a client-facing advisory environment. This role offers significant opportunity to develop technical expertise, deepen client relationships and progress within a growing team.

Description

  • Provide tailored tax advisory services to a varied portfolio of clients.
  • Act as a trusted adviser, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Deliver practical solutions across a range of tax planning and advisory matters.
  • Identify opportunities to add value and support clients with future tax challenges.
  • Monitor legislative changes and provide proactive advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with accounts and audit teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance where required.
  • Contribute to business development activities and help strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Research complex technical tax matters and provide clear, commercially focused recommendations.

Profile

  • CTA qualified.
  • Ideally 12+ months post-qualification experience.
  • 3-5 years' total tax experience gained within practice.
  • Previous tax advisory experience is essential.
  • Background within an accountancy practice environment preferred.
  • Strong technical tax knowledge and the ability to apply legislation in a commercial context.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and keen to develop professionally.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working directly with clients.
