Tax Advisory Consultant

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE + Benefits

Location: West Midlands | Hybrid

About the role

An established and growing accountancy practice is looking to appoint a Tax Consultant to join its Advisory team in the West Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced tax professional looking to work across a varied client portfolio, advising owner-managed businesses and larger corporate clients.

You'll work closely with clients to provide bespoke tax advice, develop trusted relationships and deliver practical solutions across a broad range of advisory matters. You'll also collaborate with the accounts and audit teams to provide joined-up advice and play an active role in supporting the development of junior colleagues.

Experience Needed

  • CTA qualified.
  • Previous tax advisory experience.
  • Ideally gained within an accountancy practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, commercially minded and client focused.
  • Able to work collaboratively across multiple service lines.
