Tax Director
Vested Search are excited to partner with an industry leading private equity fund HQ in London who are looking to hire a Tax Director to run their global tax management, alongside the CFO and Head of Finance
This role will own all aspects of tax management for the fund as a central part of the business and work cross collaboratively with teams across the business

- Owning tax compliance and reporting processes across funds and entities, working closely with external service providers for both corporate and partnership returns
- Fund tax advisory and compliance support across investor reporting, fund structuring and formation, carry and co-investment support, fund exits and distributions
- Deals and investment tax support, coordinating due diligence and acquisition process and documentation, transaction modeling, and cross border expansion initiatives
- International tax and policy support, advising on relevant tax guidance on international expansion, transfer pricing, and global tax legislation developments
- Wider operational tax support to a variety of areas across VAT/indirect tax, employment tax and tax governance/tax risk management
