Role Description
The Tax Manager role at KNAV UK is a full-time, hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. The Tax Manager will oversee tax planning and compliance engagements, manage tax preparation for corporate and individual clients, and ensure adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing tax computations and filings, advising clients on tax-efficient structures and strategies, monitoring legislative changes, and resolving complex tax queries.
The role involves attending client meetings, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supervising junior team members, and contributing to process improvements and technical knowledge sharing within the tax practice.

Candidates should possess skills in tax planning and tax strategy to support clients in optimizing their tax position within regulatory frameworks. Candidates should possess skills in tax compliance and tax preparation to manage accurate, timely filings and reporting obligations. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of tax law and broader tax regulations relevant to UK and international tax matters. Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent, with several years of post-qualification experience in tax management. Experience managing client portfolios, leading teams, and handling complex tax issues in a public accounting or consulting environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical tax concepts clearly to clients and colleagues. Proficiency with tax software and MS Office tools; experience with international or cross-border tax matters is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high professional and ethical standards.
