UK Tax Specialist Opportunity at Grosvenor Tax Team
We currently have an opportunity for a UK tax specialist to join the Grosvenor Tax Team. The Tax Team supports Grosvenor businesses, focusing on property in the UK and globally and the Food and Agtech investment business.
The Tax team works collaboratively on compliance and reporting matters and the role would involve being the main lead for UK corporation tax compliance work and undertaking a portfolio of UK compliance work.
Working closely with the wider tax teams based in Grosvenor’s offices Central London, this is a fantastic opportunity for a tax professional to gain exposure to an international property group, with the opportunity to implement and improve processes and learn from other members of the Tax Team.
Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance
- Coordinate tax compliance across the group including corporation tax, VAT and other taxes, preparing an allocated portfolio of tax returns and coordinating completion of returns by other team members including quarterly payments, group schedules and international activity e.g. CFC requirements and transfer pricing
- Lead on Senior Accounting Officer and Risk Reporting and prepare for upcoming Business Risk Review exercise, working closely with the Finance team and other Tax team members

Tax Reporting
- Lead the annual year reporting process for tax, ensuring the delivery of year end tax numbers and disclosures, managing the relationship with the Finance team and the auditors
- Prepare Tax Contribution analysis and tax sections of Audit Committee papers
- Work with the Finance team on process improvements
New Finance System
- Support the Finance Transformation project, both design and testing implementation, working with the Finance and Systems teams and other members of the Tax team
Key Requirements
- Qualified Accountant preferred
- Ability to work with large data sets and excel reports
- Self-starter, demonstrates initiative, able to motivate others and understands needs and expectations of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance the need for quality with the need to deliver on time
- A desire to embrace AI tools and technology to enhance ways of working
