Tax Manager – Part-Time, 3 Days per Week

Real Estate | London / Hybrid
£80,000–£100,000 FTE

A large and well-established UK real estate business is looking to appoint an experienced Tax Manager to take ownership of its group tax function on a part-time basis.

This is a broad and visible role within a complex, multi-entity organisation, offering considerable autonomy and regular interaction with senior finance stakeholders. The successful candidate will oversee the group’s day-to-day tax activity, manage relationships with external advisers and provide practical tax support across a range of commercial and strategic matters.

The business owns and manages a significant portfolio of long-term real estate assets and is backed by institutional investors. It is entering an important period of development, with several major projects underway, including a large-scale refinancing and the implementation of a new ERP system.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
