Interim Tax Manager - 6 month FTC, asap start
£65,000-£85,000 pro rata
West London, 3 days/week
A leading multinational group is seeking an experienced Interim Tax Manager to join its in-house tax team on a fixed-term basis. This is a broad corporate tax role with a particular focus on tax compliance, tax accounting and financial reporting across a complex international business.
The position would suit an ACA and/or CTA qualified tax professional with strong experience gained either within industry or a large professional services firm, supporting multinational groups with their compliance and reporting obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership and delivery of UK corporation tax compliance activities, including tax computations and supporting documentation.
- Support the quarterly and annual tax reporting process under IFRS, including preparation of tax provisions and disclosures.
- Assistance with statutory accounts tax notes and interim reporting requirements.
- Partner with finance teams, auditors and external advisers to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Support forecasting processes, including cash tax and effective tax rate analysis.
- Contribute to tax risk management, governance initiatives and the implementation of tax policy across the business.
- Provide tax support on commercial transactions, restructurings and wider business initiatives.

Candidate Profile
- ACA and/or CTA qualified.
- Strong UK corporate tax compliance experience.
- Tax accounting and IFRS reporting expertise.
- Experience working with large multinational groups, either in-house or from practice.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to operate independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
