This is a 9-12 Month FTC

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Tax Manager to play a key role (on a FTC basis) in managing Gymshark’s global tax compliance and advisory responsibilities, ensuring we remain compliant, well‑governed, and protected from both financial and reputational risk. This is a broad and impactful role with primary responsibility for Direct Tax compliance, alongside exposure to wider tax matters across the Group. Working closely with the Senior Group Tax Manager, you’ll take ownership of compliance activities, lead on ad‑hoc projects, and act as a trusted tax advisor to the business as Gymshark continues to grow internationally.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As Tax Manager, you’ll take ownership of global corporate tax compliance and support a wide range of tax initiatives across the Group.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Manage global corporate tax compliance, operating with strong attention to detail and sound professional judgement
  • Work with a high degree of autonomy, prioritising and managing multiple workstreams effectively
  • Line manage a Tax Executive, delegating work, coaching development, and supporting progression
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external advisers and tax authorities
  • Lead responses to tax enquiries and manage audits where required
  • Proactively monitor new and emerging tax legislation and assess its impact on Gymshark

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
