Are you an experienced tax professional with experience of corporate tax advisory work looking for a role where you can make a large impact within an ambitious, fast-growing business?
A leading specialist advisory firm is currently seeking a Growth Tax Manager to join its expanding tax team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a 100% remote firm, working closely with innovative start-ups, supporting founders through key stages of growth while delivering a broad range of tax advisory services.
The role:
Working remotely as part of a growing and forward-thinking team, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses across the technology and innovation sectors.
- Manage a portfolio of start-up and scale-up clients, acting as a key advisor and point of contact
- Prepare EMI valuation reports and ERS advisory support
- Manage EIS and SEIS compliance filings and support assurance applications
- Review Corporation Tax returns and computations, identifying risks and planning opportunities
- Support clients on a range of tax matters, including restructurings, remuneration planning, VAT and wider corporate tax issues
- Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to improvements in processes, systems, and automation

About you:
- At least 5 years' experience within UK tax practice
- Strong technical experience in EMI share schemes, EIS/SEIS, and corporate tax advisory work
- Experience managing your own portfolio
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- A genuine interest in supporting fast-growing businesses and entrepreneurial clients
