About the Job
Join a listed media business with a global footprint and take a key role in its in-house tax team. This is a great opportunity to join a lean, high-performing function at an exciting time, with plenty of variety across group tax reporting and UK compliance.
You’ll report to the Head of Tax and work closely with the wider finance team, delivering accurate tax reporting and compliance while helping the group meet its evolving international reporting obligations. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review the group’s tax reporting, including tax provisions and deferred tax for the half-year and year-end accounts
- Manage UK corporation tax compliance across the group’s entities
- Support international tax reporting, including Pillar Two and CbCR
- Work with finance teams, auditors, and external advisers on tax queries and deliverables
- Help improve tax processes, controls, and systems
Requirements
- A relevant tax or accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent (part-qualified candidates with strong experience also considered)
- Experience in tax reporting and/or corporate tax compliance, gained in practice or in-house
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with finance stakeholders
- Good Excel and organizational skills, with a proactive approach
