Brewer Morris Recruitment is working with a rapidly growing international business seeking a UK Tax Manager to join its Group Finance function. Reporting directly to the Head of Tax, this role offers a rare opportunity to help shape and enhance the tax function during a period of significant growth and transformation.

The Opportunity
Joining a collaborative and high-performing finance team, you'll work across a broad range of tax matters, supporting both day-to-day tax operations and strategic projects. The role offers exposure to UK tax issues as well as international considerations across several jurisdictions, making it particularly attractive for candidates looking to broaden their experience beyond a traditional compliance-focused position.

- Support the development and execution of the group's tax strategy and governance framework.
- Play a key role in major tax transformation projects, including tax technology and Pillar Two implementation initiatives.
- Contribute to tax reporting, forecasting and provisioning processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to finance and operational stakeholders across the business.
- Partner with external advisers and tax authorities on a variety of tax matters.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes, manage risk and support business growth.
- Stay ahead of legislative developments and assess their impact on the business.

About You
We're keen to speak with tax professionals who can demonstrate:
- Approximately 1-2 years' post-qualified experience.
- Broad tax experience, with strong corporation tax knowledge and exposure to at least one other tax area.
- Good understanding of tax accounting under IFRS.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters to non-tax stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for improving processes and driving change.
- A commercial, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
