We're looking for a talented Tax Manager to join our Finance team and lead tax compliance and advisory activities across our international footprint.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad, autonomous role where you'll work across multiple tax disciplines, partner with senior stakeholders, and gain exposure to complex global tax matters within a growing technology business.
What you'll be responsible for
- You'll own tax compliance and governance across Dext's global operations, including:
- Corporate tax, VAT/GST, sales and use taxes, withholding taxes and employment taxes
- Managing compliance across the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, France, Bulgaria and South Africa
- Leading relationships with external tax advisors and reviewing their work
- Preparing UK corporation tax returns, tax computations and supporting schedules
- Supporting tax provisions, statutory reporting and quarterly cash tax forecasting
- Advising the business on commercial and operational tax matters
- Monitoring legislative changes and assessing impacts to the business
- Supporting transfer pricing, R&D tax credits and tax governance initiatives
- Managing tax audits, enquiries and compliance risk

Approximately 20% of the role will involve supporting wider Group tax activities in partnership with the IRIS Group Head of Tax.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in corporate tax compliance
- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional tax obligations
- CTA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification (or qualified by experience)
- Strong knowledge of corporate tax and indirect taxes (VAT/GST)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
Experience gained within a Big 4, mid-tier practice, or an in-house tax function would be beneficial, as would experience within a SaaS, technology or high-growth business environment.
