Brewer Morris Recruitment is working with a large international business that is looking to appoint a Tax Manager into its growing tax team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from Big 4, Top 10, or a multinational in-house tax team who wants to gain exposure to a broad range of international tax matters in a commercially focused environment. Working closely with senior tax leadership, you'll play a key role in global tax reporting, international tax compliance, and strategic tax projects across multiple jurisdictions.

The role offers genuine breadth, visibility across the business, and the chance to be involved in high-profile tax matters that directly impact a global organisation.

The Opportunity

Reporting into a Senior Tax Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the group's global tax reporting and compliance activities while partnering with finance teams and external advisers around the world.

You'll gain exposure to:

  • Global corporate tax reporting and provision calculations
  • International tax compliance management
  • Transfer pricing and Pillar Two initiatives
  • Tax aspects of acquisitions, restructuring and business change projects
  • Working directly with senior stakeholders across finance and tax
  • Managing relationships with external advisers and auditors

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
