Vested Search Partnership Opportunity

Vested Search are excited to partner with a globally established hedge fund who are looking to add a newly created Tax Manager position into their London office.

About the Role

This role will work directly with both the European and global leadership in running corporate tax compliance and advisory engagements for their EMEA business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate tax returns for EMEA in collaboration with support from external advisors
  • Tax reporting delivery management across all business lines, including reporting framework development, forecasting, and compliance
  • Support Pillar 2 and CbCR management for the firm, contributing to data analysis, modeling, and submissions process - in collaboration with external advisors
  • Monitoring of evolving background for BEPS and wider tax transparency requirements
  • EMEA tax governance and controls management, ensuring proper documentation of controls and advising on automation/design efficiencies where possible
  • Tax process management for documentation across EMEA, including automation and internal control frameworks

Individuals should be ACA qualified (CTA preferred as well) with a background in corporate tax/tax compliance within the investment management and/or wider financial services industry.
