Tax Manager

Hybrid Working | 35 Hours per Week | £41.21 per Hour | 12 month contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tax Manager to join a leading international organisation on a hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified tax professional to take ownership of direct tax compliance and reporting activities across a portfolio of European markets while working within a collaborative and forward-thinking tax function.

The Role

As Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing direct tax reporting and compliance requirements across multiple European jurisdictions. Acting as a key tax subject matter expert, you will provide guidance to internal stakeholders whilst liaising with external advisers and global tax teams to ensure compliance and best practice.

You will also play an important role in driving process improvements, supporting standardisation initiatives, and leveraging tax technology to enhance efficiency and minimise risk.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
