A high-growth, private equity backed international group are seeking a Tax Manager to take ownership of global tax provisioning and SEC-related reporting. This is a key role within the Finance function, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment and brings strong ASC 740 expertise.
You’ll lead critical elements of the worldwide tax provision process, support quarterly and annual reporting cycles, and work closely with international teams and external auditors. The role offers broad exposure across global tax, financial reporting, and cross-border compliance.

Global Tax Provision & Consolidation
- Manage quarterly and annual global income tax provision processes.
- Ensure compliance with ASC 740 and relevant international GAAP.
- Review tax reporting packages from international subsidiaries.
- Support consolidated provision, including deferred tax reconciliations, valuation allowances and uncertain tax positions.
- Lead ETR forecasting and analysis.
- Prepare quarterly tax account reconciliations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
SEC Reporting
- Prepare detailed tax footnotes for quarterly and annual filings.
- Provide audit support to external auditors.
- Analyse tax impacts of complex or non-routine transactions.

International Tax & Audit Support
- Coordinate foreign tax compliance with external providers (CIT, TP documentation, tax reporting).
- Support transfer pricing, Pillar 2 modelling and tax audit defence.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects including M&A integration, restructuring and PE risk assessments.
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified.
- Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740 / IAS 12 and SEC reporting.
- Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
